What we Offer
We provide tailored training for all ages, enhancing skills, confidence, and teamwork in netball.
Club Netball - U8 / 16
Aim: To provide netball to all of those who are keen to play, enjoy netball and to learn skills and tactics in a relaxed environment. These sessions aim to offer challenge and stretch but in a friendly and competitive environment. All players are offered match opportunities, please see below.
Minis - Age U5 / 7
Aim: To experience netball for the first time in a safe and enjoyable environment. To learn catching, throwing, footwork and basic netball rules led by a level 2 coach. Fun games and practises are used to engage the players and to teach in a relaxed manner.

U5-7 are offered playdates and combined training sessions against local clubs
U8/9: Friendlies
U10: Junior friendly league (Sunday’s in Brighton)
U11-15: Sussex Development Junior Netball league (Sunday’s in Falmer)
U16+: Inspire adult league (Tuesday evenings in Worthing)

Youth Leader Programme
Aim: There are 2 threads to our programme; umpiring and coaching. Our aim is to empower our players with knowledge and skills to apply to England netball courses, qualify and give them the confidence to apply those skills in the netball world and be successful in the great netball family.
Performance Programme - U11 / 16
Support coaches to the programme: Mindset coach, ankle and knee strengthening coach and nutritionist.
Aim: To offer a professional programme which enables players to push their skills to play at a higher level, whether that be to play County/ regional / represent the County. To support the athletes in a nurturing but competitive environment which challenges them to succeed.
As part of the programme we expect a full kit bag, high attendance % to training and games, extra training outside of weekly training and a hard-working attitude.

Achievements 23/24
10 Girls sat their 'Into officiating course (this is the first step on the umpiring ladder) with 1 girl passing and others with assessments in the near future.
2 girls sat their 'C award course' This level of umpiring is high for their age and this would allow them to umpire county, regional and adult netball.
1 girl has passed her 'level 1 coaching course' which means they can now assist in training sessions.
2 girls booked on to a Level 1 course.
